A cultivar raised and selected in the USA. A vigorous climber with attractive, 6-8 cm long, trumpet-shaped, yellow flowers, the inside of the tube is orange, from July to September. It begins blooming in its second-fourth year after planting. Produces best flowers in a warm, sheltered site, in full sun and when the soil isn’t too fertile or moist. It climbs by aerial roots, but needs a little support until established. Suitable for training over various supports, such as arbours or pergolas. Particularly useful for covering walls and strong supports. It may freeze during severe winters but has a natural ability to regenerate.
