A Japanese, self-pollinating form with tasty lemon-flavoured durable fruit (Mini Kiwi) ripening in late September-October. Oval berries, about 2 cm long and 1,5 cm across can be eaten unpeeled. It starts setting fruit in the 2nd-3rd year after planting. It sustains frost down to –22oC. The plant requires a warm, sunny, sheltered site and moist fertile well-drained soil. Twining stems. It’s suitable for growing up various supports, arbours, pergolas and wire meshes. It can also be trained along the wires stretched between the pylons. It’s particularly useful for home gardens, allotments and production plantations.
